The Pikesville Armory Vision Plan is developing over a six-month period. Beginning in December 2018, a year after the launch of the Commission on the Future of the Pikesville Armory, and continuing into spring 2019, the Vision Plan engagement begins with preliminary discussions and begins a phase of idea generation and public participation, concluding with a report to summarize the key findings of the engagement.
